Due to the digital nature of my products and the personalized details often included with cover orders, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the cover has been delivered.

Technical or Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical problem or receive an incorrect file, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with you to resolve the issue through clarification, correction, or re-delivery where appropriate. Resolution of a technical or delivery issue does not imply a refund.
No Refunds
Refunds are not available for reasons including, but not limited to:
- change of mind after purchase
- dissatisfaction based on personal taste or creative preference
- failure to use the purchased file
- ordering the wrong product or option
- digital files that have already been delivered, downloaded, or accessed
Once a cover has been delivered or once work has begun on a personalized order, the transaction is considered complete.
Cover Changes After Delivery
After a cover has been purchased and delivered, the sale is considered complete. Changes may still be possible for an additional fee, depending on the type and extent of the revision.
Whenever possible, please include any requested adjustments when placing your order. Minor edits may be treated as revisions, while more extensive changes may be quoted as custom cover work. Requests made after delivery may also be available for a separate fee.
